We hit a major milestone on this one. The mid-roof inspection came back clean - passed with no issues. That means every layer underneath is solid, squared up, and ready for what comes next.

Here's why that matters. A mid-roof inspection isn't just a box to check. It's the point in the job where everything gets verified before it gets covered up permanently. If something's off with the decking, the flashing, or the framing underneath, this is your last real chance to catch it. We take that seriously.

The decking is fresh, flat, and properly fastened across the whole span. Penetrations are prepped and ready for flashing. Once the dry-in layer goes down, this roof will be fully protected while we move into the shingle phase. It's a process - and every step has to be done right before moving to the next.
