A roof replacement is one of the biggest investments you'll make in your home. That's not something we take lightly. Every job we take on gets the same level of attention - no shortcuts, no sloppy work, no cutting corners just to get off the roof faster.

Here's what the right process actually looks like. Before a single shingle goes down, the old material comes off and the deck gets covered with TRiBuilt synthetic roofing underlayment. That underlayment is your roof's first line of defense - it creates a moisture barrier between the deck and the shingles, and it's one of those steps that separates a quality installation from a cheap one.

For the shingles, we're using GAF Timberline HD. These are one of the most trusted asphalt shingles on the market - dimensional, durable, and built to hold up through years of sun, wind, and rain. The pattern they lay in is clean and consistent, and that only happens when the installation is done right from the first course up.

We also handle the details most crews rush past. Pipe boots, roof vents, valley flashing - all of it gets done properly so water can't find a way in at the penetrations and transitions. That's usually where cheaper installs fail first. We make sure it's tight before we ever call a job done.

We stand behind our work because we do it right the first time. That's the standard at A to Z Roofers LLC, and it doesn't change from one job to the next.
